The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted by United Nations Member States in 2015, provides a shared set of 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), targets to achieve peace and prosperity for people and the planet.

PAGE is aligned with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development in many ways, especially with SDGs that relate to the economy, jobs, the environment and partnerships — supporting governments to work across sectors and to seek the integration of policies and strategies that will enable them to achieve multiple sustainable development targets through an inclusive green economy approach. With the COVID-19 pandemic, PAGE is further committed to supporting partners in accelerating action on the goals, aligning recovery strategies and protecting the gains already made.

PAGE works with partner countries to transform their economies in line with the SDGs, working across sectors and seeking to integrate policies and strategies that will enable them to achieve multiple targets through an Inclusive Green Economy approach.
